3M™ 36+ 33413Cubitron II FibreDisc is a long lasting abrasive fibre disc, built for removing welds and paint as well as grinding, weld blending, deburring and other tough metal finishing jobs. Based on 3M™ Precision Shaped Grain, this disc lasts significantly longer than conventional ceramic grain discs and leaves a uniform finish. Use 3M™ Cubitron™ II Abrasive Fibre Disc 786C to help maximise productivity in the body shop for grinding and coarse sanding tasks such as weld grinding, paint and coating removal, deburring metal, removal or oxidation and rust or cutting spot welds. This disc features the 3M™ Precision Shaped Grain – a tough, sharp ceramic abrasive, resin-bonded to a stiff fiber backing. 3M uses microreplication to uniformly size these ceramic grains and precisely shape them into triangular structures - they form sharp peaks that slice, not plow, through paint and metal. These grains are electrostatically oriented on the abrasive surface for the most efficient cut and even wear. 3M™ Precision Shaped Grain fractures during use to maintain sharp abrasive edges. The result: 3M™ Cubitron™ II Abrasive cuts faster and lasts longer than conventional ceramic abrasives. This 3M™ Cubitron™ II Abrasive Fibre Disc 786C resists wear and easily handles also tough grinding applications like high-pressure weld grinding.
